What's worth writing about
- Corrections. If a number, a citation or a price is wrong, tell me. This is the most useful email you can send, and it gets fixed in the article with a dated note.
- What to test next. The budget for gear is small and finite, so requests genuinely shape what gets bought.
- Dial-in problems. Include your dose, yield, time, grinder and roast level and I can usually tell you what's happening.
What I'll decline
Paid reviews, "sponsored posts", link insertions and guest posts written to place a link. Brands are welcome to send technical documentation or correct a factual error, but not to buy coverage or to see copy before it runs.
